Forgive and Forget

Forgiving is notoriously difficult, most of us find forgetting nearly impossible . But the benefits of forgiving and 'forgetting' can be powerful.


Forgiveness, however, may bring enormous benefits to the person who gives that gift, according to recent research. If you can bring yourself to forgive and forget, you are likely to enjoy lower blood pressure, a stronger immune system, and a drop in the stress hormones circulating in your blood, stomach problems, back pain, and headaches… may disappear. And you'll reduce the anger, bitterness, resentment, depression, and other negative emotions that accompany the failure to forgive. You will look younger and less wringkle.
So, to all my friends. Starting today try to just forgive and forget the people who have hurt you.

if we are honest in doing anything, then we will always give and never hope for any return but somehow, there more we give the more we get the return. Keep on giving ideas and day after day what you get is maturity and these will make you a better person.
If you smile, you are moving hundreds of muscles that make you younger but just 14 muscles are being used at the time when you are doing something opposite.
